Im not quite sure how I have a two year old but I do! Henrietta turned two on July 31st but we celebrated this past weekend with our closest friends and family in our back yard. Henrietta loves to help me tend to our flowers, loves anything to do with water and most of all, loves her rain boots! So I thought, what I perfect theme for her 2nd birthday, a garden party! We invited the kids to wear their rain boots and they all got to do a little gardening (some enjoyed covering their flowers in dirt more then planting them lol) and enjoyed playing in Henrietta’s new garden house. We also managed to get a picture of all of the kids, mostly looking! Can you believe there are six babies that were added to the group since last years picture?!
After gardening and dinner, it started pouring rain so we had to move cake and presents inside. Man do kids like to open gifts! It was so cute to watch all the kids “help” Henrietta open her gifts. We all gathered around to sang happy birthday and Henrietta made a wish and blew out her candles (with the help of her daddy). It was the perfect day celebrating our pride and joy, our now two year old, Henrietta Louise! A huge thank you to our village of friends and family who came to help us celebrate and who continuously love and support Henrietta as she grows. Happy Birthday baby girl, we LOVE you!
